Store Policy – Exchange Only

At Dainty Hair, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our braided wigs. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges.

Please read our exchange policy carefully:

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
The wig must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Items that show signs of wear, styling, cutting, or scent (including perfume or smoke) will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

Email us at (hello@daintyhair.com) with your order number, the reason for exchange, and photos of the item (if applicable).
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a store credit or allow you to select another item of equal value.

Custom & Final Sale Wigs

Custom orders and clearance/final sale wigs are not eligible for exchange.
Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly correct the issue.
